Lobelia gracilis

A straggly wiry plant with thin stems with sparse lanceolate leaves with a dentate edge. The flowers are borne on slender stalks and are bright blue to purple. The three front petals are rounded.

Habitat: damp places in open forests

Flowering: Summer and autumn

Distribution: Coastal zone, extending north to Queensland.
