Daviesia ulicifolia Gorse Bitter-pea
A low shrub, often with slightly drooping branches, from which branchlets grow at almost right angles to the main branch. These branchlets end in a sharp point. The leaves are very small. The floers are yellow with a dark red centre.
Habitat: forest on sandy soil, often in sheltered positions
Distribution: in Sydney from coast to mountains; in all other states except NT
