Bauera rubioides var. microphylla - River Rose
Diagnosis: A small shrub with thin stems. Smaller leaves than the typical variety. Flowers are light pink to white, on long stems, pendulous.
Flowering: late winter to spring
Habitat: Open forest, wet situations on sandy soils
Distribution: In Sydney from coast to mountains, also north coast and northern tablelands of New South Wales.
