Zella beddomei Petterd, 1884The shell is many-whorled, needle-like and smooth. The whorls are flat; the sutures are slightly incised. The colour is translucent white or brown. In some shells the bottom half of each whorl is brown and the top half is white. Size: 9mm, mostly smaller. Range: Southern Queensland to South Australia, including Tasmania. |
